Do you charge for Auction Services?

We are a commission-based company. First and foremost, we need to visit the property and complete one of our Real Estate or Equipment Evaluations. Understanding the value is as important to Walker as it is to the client. After the Evaluations, we will negotiate commission rates and costs.

Who attends Walker’s auctions?

All of our Auctions are Public Auctions, regardless of whether it is a Trustee Foreclosure Auction, an individual Auction, Mutli-Property Auction, Equipment Auction, etc.

Who can bid at a Walker Auction?

Each Auction has a list of Terms and Conditions which will be published on our website as well as our Brochures. The Terms and Conditions will spell out the necessary steps to obtaining a bid number and being allowed to bid.
