William ‘Bill’ Walker III

William “Bill” J. Walker, III is the Owner of Walker Commercial Services, Inc. Serving his passion for real estate for over 30 years Bill currently oversees all auctions, listings, leases, and clients within his firm. Honoring his role as the president of Walker Commercial Services, Bill’s expresses value with his clientele, creating a foundation of relationships within the commercial spectrum. Throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Bill inspects and evaluates collateral for sales a/o auctions while working directly with bankers, corporate clients and attorneys with distressed, foreclosure and REO properties. . 

Originally licensed in both real estate & auctioneering in 1989, Bill placed his license with Hall Associates, Inc. for nine years, designing and developing the Auction Division. After obtaining his Broker License, Bill set out to create his own real estate enterprise and started Walker Commercial Services, Inc. 

Bill is a graduate of Radford University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science, as well as the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) and Mendenhall School of Auctioneering. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Auctioneer in Virginia, West Virginia, and North Carolina. 

When Bill isn’t being a real estate prodigy you can (or can’t) find him out on the river enjoying his second passion of fly fishing.

Asher William Walker

Asher has leveraged his fluency with world class stages and global networks of contacts to quickly establish himself as a top producer in the Roanoke commercial real estate market. Charisma, creativity, and committed work ethic acquired in Los Angeles over a very successful entertainment career has allowed Asher to rapidly produce opportunities. 

Finding success in the commercial real estate industry by establishing and valuing relationships, Asher works very closely with financial institutions, and private sellers alike, to facilitate both accelerated transactions, auctions, and traditional brokered sales as well. 

Bringing a tech and data driven approach to the firm, Asher continues to enhance value by constantly refining internal systems, while utilizing technology to engage with new audiences. With an impressive portfolio to date, Asher currently holds a Virginia Real Estate Brokers License, as well as an Auctioneer License in Virginia and West Virginia. 

From stage performance to sales performance, Asher’s focus is to bring full spectrum solutions to each of his clients no matter the scale.

Dominic Basile

Dominic has been involved in real estate as an investor for over 10 years. From buying, selling, renovating, and residential rentals, Dominic has set out to make real estate a full-time endeavor. 

Before joining the Walker Commercial team in 2019, Dominic worked in domestic and international finance globally where he gained his background in accounting, operations, and financial analysis. Helping elevate key components to internal processes and marketing, Dominic utilizes his skills to generate new leads and strengthen existing partnerships.

Dominic is a Villanova University graduate (Go Cats!). When he’s not thinking about all thing’s real estate, you can find him active outdoors, or running off to his two son’s soccer games.

Lydia Sarbin

Lydia discovered her passion for real estate in 2019 throughout various internships within the industry. Spending time within brokerages and development projects, Lydia set out to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate.  

Promptly after graduating from Virginia Tech’s real estate and sales program in May of 2022, Lydia joined the Walker Commercial team as an agent and assistant to the Principal and Associate Broker.

Eager to learn, Lydia works diligently to facilitate all real estate and equipment closings, client relations, contracts, and property management.

Jenna O’Leary

Jenna found her passion for people and networking early in life through her involvement in pageantry. While living in Florida for school Jenna developed an interest for real estate, that ultimately lead her back home to the Roanoke Valley.  

Joining the Walker Commercial team in 2021, Jenna sets to maximize our digital presence over social media platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand awareness by exemplifying Walker Commercial as much more than an average real estate firm yet rather a solution-based team eager to build connections to further reach each clients real estate potential.

Wayne Mills

Wayne has established a foundation of many trades over his extended career. With over 15 years of experience in real estate, equipment appraisal services, and auto mechanics, Wayne’s broad skill sets made him a valuable addition to the Walker Commercial team. 

Before joining Walker Commercial in May of 2022, Wayne operated his own appraisal business primarily focusing on heavy industrial equipment as well as owning his own automotive body shop and used car lot. Motivated to move, Wayne looks forward to dedicating his services of knowledge to all current and future client connections.

Heather Fidler

Heather Fidler graduated with a Degree in Accounting from Emory and Henry College in 2010. With over 10 years of administrative experience in Office Management and Client Services Heather joined the Walker Commercial Team to further assist with daily office operations and property management. 

In her free time Heather enjoys spending time with her high school sweetheart, Brian, and her two sons, Corbin and Kai.

Neal Brenner

Neal Brenner is a Virginia Licensed Real Estate Salesperson with Walker. He is a native of Roanoke, Virginia. He spent 25 years working for his family business Cycle Systems, Inc. in multiple positions. Prior to the sale of the business, he was the President of the corporation. During his tenure, he was responsible for business and real estate transactions. These responsibilities have given him a great understanding of what a business owner, banks, and investors would require in either selling or purchasing properties. 

Neal understands local and regional Markets, as well as trends in the area. He has involved himself in many different positions for non-profits throughout and corporations throughout the region and is well known throughout the community. 

Neal prides himself on selling commercial warehouses and industrial buildings.

Ty Walker

Ty Walker is a graduate of James Madison University and specializes in property management, long term, and short term rentals. Ty also helps buyers and sellers in representing their properties. Ty is married and has two small children and lives in New Castle VA. He grows beef, pork, and chicken on family land in Glade Hill.
